Desde la app: abre TuTasa y ve a Ajustes → Cuenta → Eliminar cuenta (en iPhone y en Android). Confirma y listo.
Sin la app: escribe a me@franklinblanco.dev desde el correo con el que iniciaste sesión (Apple o Google) y pide que eliminemos tu cuenta. Respondemos en un plazo de 7 días.
Qué se elimina: tu cuenta, los métodos de inicio de sesión vinculados, tus alertas de tasa, los dispositivos registrados para notificaciones y el registro de tu suscripción a TuTasa+. Las tasas y los cálculos que ves en la app no están ligados a tu cuenta.
Plazo: guardamos tus datos 30 días por si la eliminación fue un error; si no vuelves a iniciar sesión en ese tiempo, se borran de forma permanente.
Suscripción: eliminar la cuenta no cancela TuTasa+. Cancélala en la App Store (iPhone) o en Google Play → Pagos y suscripciones (Android) para que no se renueve.
In the app: open TuTasa and go to Settings → Account → Delete account (on iPhone and Android). Confirm and you're done.
Without the app: email me@franklinblanco.dev from the address you signed in with (Apple or Google) and ask us to delete your account. We reply within 7 days.
What is deleted: your account, its linked sign-in methods, your rate alerts, the devices registered for notifications, and the record of your TuTasa+ subscription. The rates and calculations you see in the app aren't tied to your account.
Timing: we keep your data for 30 days in case the deletion was a mistake; if you don't sign back in during that time, it's permanently erased.
Subscription: deleting your account doesn't cancel TuTasa+. Cancel it in the App Store (iPhone) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android) so it doesn't renew.
